The NPLC is an industry-wide, tripartite event that brings together PLCA Regular and Associate Members, pipeline owner-operators, utility companies, labor representatives from the pipeline trades, safety and quality professionals, and other key stakeholders. This one-day program provides a unique opportunity for collaboration across the entire pipeline construction supply chain, with sessions dedicated to issues impacting the industry and upcoming work under the National Pipe Line Agreement.
