On this job SWPS was the principal, not the contractor. We purchased the pipeline and performed the removal ourselves — one company from the offer through to restored ground.
That is the position we take on retired, idle and abandoned systems: we are the end buyer and the crew, so there is no broker between the seller and the company doing the work.
